Does this sound familiar?

Cancer, ongoing illness, or pain condition has left you with anxiety and struggling to cope.

Your usual coping mechanisms have been thrown by menopause or perimenopause symptoms and it all feels too much.

An upheaval in your life, such as job loss, change or challenge at work, has left you feeling low or stuck.

You’ve experienced a loss that is gut-wrenching or confusing. It might be bereavement or end of a relationship.

You don’t have to deal with it alone.

Counselling can offer a space that is entirely about and for you. Time to let go, lean back, and breathe out.

I offer you a place to take off the mask, and leave expectations at the door.

Space to cry, shout, swear, and feel whatever you’re feeling.

  • "Counselling with Emma gave me a safe space to process the grief of losing the most important person in my life. It helped me feel heard, grounded, and better equipped to manage overwhelming emotions during the most difficult time of my life."

    Client feedback

  • "Working with Emma has genuinely helped me stay grounded through some incredibly tough times – including navigating job loss and caring for a sick mother. She supported me through an ADHD diagnosis and helped build my self-confidence in a way that felt natural and empowering. She's easy to talk to and always makes me feel safe and understood."

    Client feedback

  • "I have found Emma’s ability to hold space for my emotions while reflecting them back with clarity incredibly helpful. I now have language to better understand myself, which has helped me have more compassion toward myself. I really benefit from Emma’s grounded and flexible approach as we have used different methods to explore my situation and emotions."

I recognise and welcome all identities, gender expressions, values and beliefs. I am committed to anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, accessible and neuro-inclusive practice.
